This site is an initiative by the EIFFEL think tank - a think tank of Future Internet researchers, debating issues of the Future Internet. You can find more on the history of the establishment of this site at About.

FIpedia provides two types of contributions, namely to the repository and to the disagreements discussion. There are submission guidelines available for both, here for the repository and here for the disagreements discussion. In there, you can find information on templates for pages, how to embed a commenting section, etc.
